Travel Tip: Our area is quite rural compared to metropolitan areas. Therefore, we recommend renting a vehicle if you will be traveling by plane or mass transit to visit our area. While taxi services are available locally, their availability is somewhat limited.

Travel Tip: Some NYC bridge and tunnel tolls can be $10.00 or more. Therefore, if you will be traveling by car and do not have an E-ZPass, be sure to have sufficient cash on hand.

  • By Train - plan your trip by consulting the Metro North Railroad map and schedules; the nearest train stations to take are:
    • Middletown/Town of Wallkill (toward Suffern) to Penn Station (Port Jervis line)
    • Beacon to Grand Central Terminal (Hudson line)
